These courses are designed for New Hampshire Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselors (LADCs), Master Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselors (MLADCs), and Certified Recovery Support Workers (CRSWs) who must meet the standards of the New Hampshire Board of Licensing for Alcohol and Other Drug Use Professionals. Our trainings provide a thorough grounding in the state's adoption of the NAADAC Code of Ethics into binding administrative law, alongside state-specific compliance in ethics, suicide prevention, and diagnostic scope — including the distinct practice boundaries between LADCs and MLADCs under RSA 330-C.Our three featured courses include: Core Standards for New Hampshire Addiction Professionals (6 hours), fulfilling the mandatory ethics requirement for LADCs and MLADCs through a comprehensive analysis of RSA 330-C, the "Alc" administrative rules, 42 CFR Part 2, HIPAA, and New Hampshire mandatory reporting and duty-to-warn mandates; Suicide Prevention: Crisis Assessment and Management for the NH SUD Professional (6 hours), fulfilling the mandatory suicide prevention requirement and covering the C-SSRS, Emergency Involuntary Admissions under RSA 135-C:27, and coordination with the NH Rapid Response Access Point (NHRRAP) and Mobile Crisis Response Teams; and Mastering Diagnosis and Foundational Treatment of SUD (8 hours), addressing DSM-5-TR criteria, ASAM placement, MAT advocacy, and the differential diagnostic scopes of LADCs versus MLADCs under RSA 330-C:16.LADCs and MLADCs must complete 48 CE hours every two years, including at least 6 hours in ethics and 6 hours in suicide prevention.
