It covers the 2024 Families' Rights and Responsibilities Act and parental consent statute, exceptions, the rights of minors sixteen and older, the mature minor doctrine, divorced parents and parenting plans, crises and notifications, and the 2026 law on parents' access to children's medical, prescription, and rehabilitation records, along with HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, FERPA, the endangerment exception, documentation, and records requests. Each module includes practical tools, case studies with reflection questions, and a summary. Upon successful completion of the post-test, hours are reported directly to CE Broker.
