BCC Level 2: Applied Methods (30 Hours)

Level 2: Applied Methods completes the 60-hour Board Certified Coach (BCC) training program after Level 1. Its six courses build applied skill: Evidence-Based Coaching Models (6 hours), Assessment in Coaching (6 hours), Culturally Responsive and Inclusive Coaching (4 hours), Coaching Tools Lab (5 hours), Coaching Through Distance Technologies (4 hours), and Practice Portfolio I (5 hours). Each course is text-based and self-paced, ends with a Post Test (80% to pass), and awards a certificate. CCE approval of this program is pending.
