Arizona Behavioral Health Ethics and Mental Health Law is a three-hour, text-based home study course built on A.R.S. Title 32, Chapter 33 and the Board of Behavioral Health Examiners rules as amended effective November 2, 2025. It covers the Board and its licenses, renewal and continuing education, unprofessional conduct and discipline, informed consent including the 2027 artificial intelligence notice, treatment plans, client records, privilege and release of information, the duty to warn, child and vulnerable adult reporting, telehealth, boundaries, and ethical decision-making. The course is designed around the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners' requirement for three clock hours in behavioral health ethics or mental health law. Upon successful completion of the post-test, hours are reported directly to CE Broker.
