This three-hour continuing education course gives Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists in West Virginia a thorough examination of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT) Code of Ethics, revised effective January 1, 2026. The material focuses on systemic ethical practice, confidentiality when treating couples and families, professional socialization and supervision, clinical liability, West Virginia licensure rules for provisional and fully licensed therapists, and ethical cooperation with other professionals. Upon successful completion of the post-test, hours are reported directly to CE Broker.
