This eight-hour continuing education course prepares experienced clinicians to transition into effective clinical supervisors (CSAT, 2007). Satisfying the Rule 4.5 criteria for the 45-Hour Board-Qualified Clinical Supervisor training, this program emphasizes monitoring supervisee performance through documented, face-to-face consultation and instruction (Mississippi State Board of Examiners for Licensed Professional Counselors, 2018). Participants will master fundamental supervisory roles and learn to cultivate productive professional relationships to enhance clinical skills and safeguard client welfare (Bernard & Goodyear, 2004).
