Pennsylvania Core Requirements Bundle: Ethics and Act 74 Suicide (4 Clock Hours)
This bundle covers two of Pennsylvania’s required topics in one purchase: the 3 clock hours of ethics and the 1 clock hour in suicide assessment, treatment, and management required by Act 74 of 2016. The bundle includes Pennsylvania Professional Ethics for Counselors, MFTs, and Social Workers (3.0), Suicide Risk Assessment, Treatment, and Management for Pennsylvania Clinicians: Act 74 (1.0), for 4.0 clock hours in all. Every course is online, self-paced, and labeled home study, with a certificate after each post-test.
The 2 clock hours of child abuse recognition and reporting training required by Act 31 come from a provider approved by the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services or Department of State, so they are not part of this bundle. These courses are designed around the continuing education requirements of the Pennsylvania State Board of Social Workers, Marriage and Family Therapists and Professional Counselors but are not approved or endorsed by the Board.
