Clinical Supervision Methods, Ethics, and Competency: Advanced Practice for Ohio Supervisors
This advanced training provides Ohio supervisors (LPCC-S, LISW-S, IMFT-S) with a rigorous examination of clinical supervision through the lens of Ohio Administrative Code (OAC) 4757. Participants will move beyond basic oversight to master evidence-based supervision models, including the Integrated Developmental Model (IDM) and the Discrimination Model. The course operationalizes the supervisor's role as a gatekeeper, offering legally defensible strategies for performance evaluation, documentation of training supervision, and the management of ethical dilemmas related to vicarious liability and supervisee remediation. Upon successful completion of the post-test, hours are reported directly to CE Broker.
