Part 1 of a two-part split of Content Area C2: Counseling Procedures and Strategies as Applied to Those with Substance Use Disorders. This first half establishes the professional foundation of SUD counseling practice, covering the interdisciplinary scope of the profession, behavioral documentation standards, the clinical impact of co-occurring disorders, and the ethical boundaries that protect both counselor and client. Upon successful completion of the post-test, hours are reported directly to CE Broker.
