Module 2 covers confidentiality and the counselor privilege, duty to warn in a state without a statute, child and adult maltreatment reporting, and counseling minors. Module 3 covers applying the ACA Code with an ethical decision-making model, boundaries, social media, rural and Delta practice, telehealth, and the Counseling Compact, which went live in Arkansas in 2026. Each module includes a practical routine, a tool training, a skills practice, and Arkansas case studies.
