Designed specifically for Texas LCDCs, LPCs, and LMFTs, this training bridges the gap between theoretical knowledge and clinical application. Participants will explore the transdisciplinary foundations of addiction, master evidence-based screening and assessment protocols, and refine treatment planning skills utilizing ASAM criteria. The curriculum also addresses critical modern challenges, including co-occurring disorders, medication-assisted treatment (MAT), and the ethical delivery of telehealth services under Texas Behavioral Health Executive Council (BHEC) rules.
