Ohio 40-Hour Renewal Package for ADC and Clinical Supervisor Endorsement Holders (40 CE Hours)

This package is built for Ohio chemical dependency professionals who renew with 40 continuing education hours, such as holders of the IC&RC alcohol and drug counselor (ADC) reciprocal endorsement and the clinical supervisor (CS) reciprocal endorsement. These seven courses add up to 40 CE hours, including substance use disorder content, 3 hours of ethics, and a 6-hour clinical supervision course for supervisors who report supervision hours.

• Content Area C2, Part 1: Professional Foundations, Documentation, and Boundaries in SUD Counseling (7 CE hours)
• Content Area C2, Part 2: Clinical Interventions and Core Counseling Functions in SUD Treatment (7 CE hours)
• Content Area C3: Group Process and Techniques (5 CE hours)
• Content Area C8: Treatment Planning (7 CE hours)
• Content Area C9: Legal and Ethical Issues Pertaining to SUD Counselors (3 CE hours)
• S1: Counselor Development and Clinical Supervision for Ohio Chemical Dependency Professionals (6 CE hours)

Every course is text-based and self-paced, and you receive a certificate as you complete each one. Bought one at a time, these courses come to $136.

This package is for license and certificate renewal. It is separate from the CDCA education bundles that are submitted to the Board for a CDCA application.
