Certified Recovery Support Specialist (CRSS)
The CRSS designation is for professionals who guide peers through recovery and provide essential community-based support. Our courses address legal and professional responsibility, re-engagement strategies, crisis support and safety planning, resource linkage, and the development of practical living skills and meaningful social connection. We offer all the courses needed for this certification! In accordance with Florida Certification Board (FCB) standards, our training is delivered exclusively via compliant self-paced online courses; "homestudy" formats are no longer accepted. To successfully verify learning and earn a certificate of completion, participants must pass a post-test with a minimum score of 70% and complete a Level One evaluation (attitude questionnaire).
Managing Behavioral Crises and Suicide Prevention (6 Contact Hours)

Core Safety and Documentation for Behavioral Health (8 Contact Hours)
Implement environmental and personal safety protocols to manage crises and prevent harm in behavioral health settings.
Navigate the legal complexities of patient privacy by strictly adhering to federal confidentiality regulations and securing proper informed consent.
Produce objective, legally defensible clinical documentation that accurately tracks client progress and maintains the golden thread of care.
Clinical Documentation: Writing Effective Progress Notes and Reports (4 CE Hours)
