Module 1 explains how the Department of Health and the Board regulate Chapter 491 licensees, from licensure, renewal, and continuing education to complaints and discipline. Module 2 covers confidentiality, records, and mandatory reporting under Florida law, including the 2019 change requiring disclosure of certain threats to law enforcement. Module 3 covers sexual misconduct, the psychotherapist-client relationship, boundaries, advertising, fees, telehealth, and recent statute and rule changes. Each module includes a practical routine, a compliance tool, and Florida case studies.
